Recent bumps is simply the number of bumps a token has received in the last 24 hours. The number of recent bumps greatly affects if a token gets on the front page under "hot tokens".
No, as of now we do not have a token. Any tokens or pre-sale claiming to be us are a scam and should be avoided.
